At Fox Valley Physical Therapy, we offer functional training for a separate fee. Functional training can benefit individuals of all ages and activity levels. Our trainers listen to your needs and goals, from getting into shape to training for a specific sport, and create a custom program that will fit your needs. Dynamic stretching, body and free weight strengthening, functional exercises and core training with progression to sport and/or work specific training is emphasized. The benefits of functional training include injury prevention and improvement in mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength resulting in improved performance in your individual sport and/or occupation. When completed, you will have a program that you can follow on your own to maintain and improve your life!
Fox Valley Physical Therapy houses a netted batting cage area where you can practice your sport specific skills such as golf or bat swing. Improve your hitting using an automatic pitching machine.
